Medical history, treatment details and other treatment documentation is not stored electronically. It is kept securely in my private clinic.
In the event of a medical emergency the appropiate emergency services and GP services will have access to these details.
Feetwise: Penny James must, in law, retain your details for a period of up to 7 years after your last appointment (or 25th Birthday if the last appointment attended was whilst under the age of 18). After this they will be destroyed.
